The Field Services Coordinator will join the Consulting team that is responsible for coordinating all of Mintel's field research utilising Field Associates and various independent contractors. This person will interact with a variety of individuals, both internally and externally, to assist in the completion of custom market research projects.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Recruit and brief field associates for projects
- Coordinate retrieval of samples through the Field Associates
- Checks and validate costs incurred for project is in line with what has been communicated, agreed for the project. To escalate to senior manager field services if it is not aligned or if there is a potential overrun.
- Resolve issues on logistics/customs (where applicable) to ensure timely delivery of project to client
- Coordinate multiple field research projects assisting Project Managers
- Communicate with clients as well as sales and custom research teams
- Develop detailed and concise field audit guides / instructions
- Execute quality control, monitoring data quality and integrity
- Ensures that project deadlines and budget criteria are met - Review and edit survey responses to ensure consistency and check for errors
- Provide hands-on training to Field Associates

**Who We Are Looking For**
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a related field
- Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present information in a confident, clear, and concise manner over different media
- Proven ability to take initiative, anticipate and solve problems, and make decisions with mínimal supervision
- Good analytical skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment independently and with a team
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and demands.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in managing spreadsheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
