**Role Responsibilities**

As a **IT Project Manager **at CoreNetworks, you will:

- **be responsible for the management of multiple Digital & IT projects **from the scoping and planning stages through to the implementation of the solutions. Types of projects can include software developments, regional deployments of new technology initiatives, departmental digitalization and more.
- **Reporting to the Head Of Operations**, the role plans, organizes, controls and coordinates Digital & IM projects in accordance with the applicable strategies & frameworks.
- **accountable for day-to-day project operations** including resourcing, tasks assignment and scheduling. Accountable for delivering projects, they will exercise excellent budgeting and prioritization skills. Accountable for meeting project milestones, objectives and deliverables within the agreed scope, agreed timeframes and agreed budgets.
- **Works with the Department and country managers **to monitor and report on progress.
- **Responsible for budget forecasting** and management for each project (including entities engaged)
- **Accountable for On Target Cost, On Target Quality & On Time Delivery of projects**:

- **Accountable for appropriate project resourcing,** project task assignment and project scheduling activities
- Conform with defined frameworks and delivery methodologies.
- **Working with stakeholders across multiple entities**, divisions and countries to scope and deliver projects in complex environments.
- Works with the Department managers to monitor and report on progress.
- Carry out any other task as directed by the superior
- Willingness to travel on project locations (Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, USA, UK)

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**
- **Updated Knowledge**: Stay informed about the latest in IT networking.
- **Demonstrated track record in Agile practices** preferably in Information Management environment.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously in a complex environment.
- Ability to support group program and high complexity situations.
- Up to date in-depth knowledge and understanding of information and communications technology (ICT)
- Ability to turn customer requirements into workable innovative solutions.
- **Problem Solver**: Known for your ability to tackle and solve problems effectively.
- **Team Player**: Excel in a diverse team environment and possess strong communication skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
