Customer Service Officer

**Convert enquiries from digital campaigns into leads (new customers) through clear and convincing communication.**: - **Manage enquiries from various online channels (WhatsApp, Social media, Website) in a prompt and professional manner.**: - **Coordinate and schedule appointments between clinics/doctors and patients.**: - Work closely with Marketing and Operations department to ensure smooth new patient processes - Monitor and manage Comments and Reviews submitted on our official Facebook and Google Pages - Update and record daily performance data for Reporting purposes - Basic training and Standard Customer Response scripts will be provided. - Commissions based incentive available. - Remote working is preferred. **Job Requirements**: - **Sales skills - **Able to engage, convince and convert interested enquiries into leads through chat / text communication. - **Customer service skills - **Fast in response, attentive, professional, has empathy, patience and excellent problem-solving skills. - Good command in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
