**Global Tour Coordinator**
- Location: Menara Worldwide, Kuala Lumpur_

Join our growing team as a **Hotel Reservations Executive**, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our international travel operations. We're looking for detail-oriented, proactive individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are willing to work on a rotational shift basis.

**Work Schedule**:

- **Morning Shift**: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- **Afternoon Shift**: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
- Must be open to **rotational shifts**, including **public holidays**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process booking amendments to hotels as requested by the Sales team, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up with hotel partners
- Update confirmation details and related information in the in-house system based on feedback received from hotels
- Monitor live booking dashboards to ensure all bookings are confirmed within the expected lead time
- Handle hotel-related inquiries from the Sales team and coordinate effectively to resolve them
- Liaise with hotel partners and MIKI offices to ensure smooth and timely communication
- Share important arrival details or special requests from Sales with hotel partners
- Investigate and resolve issues reported by clients, including liaising with hotels and preparing internal reports for managerial approval
- Maintain shared databases and case reports for your assigned region
- Follow up on handover cases to ensure a seamless process
- Distribute general hotel-related information to internal departments for validation and further action

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in **Hospitality & Tourism Management**, **Business Administration**, or similar field
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in a reservations, hospitality, or customer service role
- Fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in **English**:

- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** and spreadsheet software
- Experience working in an information processing or decision-making environment
- Willingness to work **evening shifts** and **rotational public holidays**:

- Familiarity with **European destinations** is an added advantage

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
