**Introduction**:
Stellar Dental MY is a thriving dental clinic in Malaysia with 2 branches that is dedicated to providing high-quality dental care to patients. We are currently looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team and help us promote our services on various social media platforms. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media accounts, and monitoring and reporting on social media performance.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
- Create compelling content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube.
- Manage social media accounts and monitor and respond to comments and messages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns that support the clinic's marketing objectives.
- Monitor and report on social media performance, including engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and new features, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos for social media channels.
- Analyze social media data and provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team.
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Work schedule 5 days a week which possibly includes 1 or 2 days in the weekend a month for shooting purposes with 2 branches in Selangor**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
- Familiarity with social media management tools.
- Experience with content creation, including copywriting, photography, and videography.
- Understanding of social media advertising and paid social media campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English and Malay.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
