We are excited to offer an opportunity for a recent graduate to join our team as an Indoor Sales Support. This role is perfect for individuals who are eager to kick-start their career in sales and customer service in a supportive and dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Assistance**: Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, answering inquiries, and guiding them through the purchasing process.
- **Sales Support**: Work closely with the indoor sales team to provide administrative support, prepare sales reports, and assist with sales presentations.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Develop and nurture positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Problem Solving**: Gain experience in addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **General Administration**: Support various administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn about the freight forwarding industry.
- Basic understanding of logistics processes and terminology is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
