- To have full knowledge and understanding of menu and ingredients used in all food and beverage items. To ensure all the products used follows First-In First-Out (FIFO) to minimize wastage and control product quality. To seek further authorization and advice from immediate superior when necessary. To ensure outlet is always well maintained, clean, safe and comfortable to the customer. To ensure the daily business operation running smoothly. To be helpful and service-oriented to the customer COMPANY
