Job Responsibilities:Lead and motivate workforce to achieve higher level of productivity and quality - Responsible for all the production processes, production management, material flow management and particularly production cost, machine utilization, machine efficiency, machine down time, quality and delivery. - Develop and implementing continuous programs to improve cost effectiveness, efficiency, housekeeping, security, safety and high production standards. - To continuous train/guide/provide on job training to employees under his control to ensure a highly trained workforce. - Monitor and review operating procedures and work instruction of the various function. - Ensure full utilization of manpower and machine through proper planning. - Continuous improvement on production processes - To manage the overall production. - To assign daily production duties to ensure smooth running at production. - To prepare and maintain daily production report. - To conduct the regular meeting to ensure the production target and quality requirement are achieved. - To schedule and plan for production output to meet the customers’ delivery schedule. - Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by Managing Director.
