**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and mentor production staff, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them clearly to team members.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities, preparing schedules, and monitoring progress to meet production targets.
- Oversee the safe use of equipment, coordinate regular maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct training for new employees and ongoing coaching for existing staff to promote skill development and team integration.
- Monitor and verify production output according to specifications, identifying and resolving issues in efficiency or quality.
- Prepare and submit clear, systematic daily and monthly reports on production performance and progress to management, utilizing Excel or similar tools.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality assurance, to ensure smooth operational flow and resolve cross-functional issues.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of materials as needed.
- Enforce company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards at all times.
- As well as other Adhoc tasks and regular tasks as a production supervisor
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach to achieving production targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with production management software is an advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good Communication skills, Responsible, reliable, punctual, and able to take initiative in fulfilling the role of Production Supervisor.
- Able to respond flexibly to operational needs, including occasional ad hoc attendance.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years (preferred) of supervisory experience in a relevant manufacturing or relevant production setting.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
