20) Proactively identifying sales and business opportunities, and executing action plans to improve profitability and market share
21) Supporting strategic direction of the company to grow sales and business
22) Identifying industry operations issues and championing solutions and best practices
23) Doing personal sales and assist sales team in prospecting for new customers
25) Manage time and plan work schedules to ensure that sales targets/KPI is achieved
26) Ensure yourself, all sales staff and agents achieve their respective standard of performance (SOP) set out by the management
27) Support management in sales recruitment and training of sales force and sales agents
28) To be accountable for all integrity issue relating yourself and your team members in all areas of the job
29) Prepare and update training materials to ensure up-to-date training information is available at all times
30) Coordinate and conduct sales training
31) Develop methods, techniques and criteria for evaluating training effectiveness

44) To ensure all new recruits to go through intensive sales and product knowledge training before they are allowed to promote TM products
45) To demonstrate to new recruits various sales techniques to sell to different prospect and handling a wide range of sales objection
46) To monitor closely sales team performance and comparing performance with plan
47) To minimize sales staff turnover by providing proper training, guidance and sales support
48) To conduct regular sales meeting with all sales personnel
49) To recruit aggressive, hard working and highly discipline sales staff with high integrity and credibility
50) To develop comprehensive sales training program to equip all sales staff with the right produc
