Position Overview:

- We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator with a strong marketing sense to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent video editing skills who can produce engaging, high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit high-quality, marketing-focused videos tailored for social media and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop content strategies that align with brand objectives.
- Meet daily editing target, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Leverage tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and CapCut to enhance content efficiency and output.
- Stay updated on trends in video content and marketing strategies to ensure relevance and engagement.
- Adapt and optimize content for various social media platforms, ensuring compatibility and audience appeal.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Complete and deliver videos per month according to your set KPI.
- Ensure videos align with marketing goals and effectively communicate the intended message.
- Maintain creativity, quality, and adherence to deadlines across all projects.

Incentives and Benefits:

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in video editing with a portfolio showcasing marketing-oriented content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and CapCut.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, storytelling, and content engagement strategies.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Bonus: Experience in content creation for healthcare businesses.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of social media algorithms and digital marketing techniques.

Join Us:
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
