Barista Cashier

**Position**: Cashier cum Barista 收银员兼咖啡师
**Locations (Choose One)**:

- Selangor: Sepang / Gamuda Cove

**Salary (Full-Time)**: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 (Based on Experience)
**Salary (Part-Time)**: RM8 - RM10 per hour (Based on Experience)

**Work Hours**: Shift-Based
**Working Days**: 6 days per week (1 off day)

**Job Description**:
**1. Cashier Duties**:

- Handle customer purchases and ensure accurate pricing and record-keeping of all transactions.
- Process payments efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with menu inquiries, promoting and recommending menu items.
- Maintain inventory and equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting, and scheduling repairs.
- Ensure a sanitary and organized work environment.

**2. Barista Duties**:

- Prepare beverages and specialty drinks per customer preferences and store menu.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee area, including equipment care.
- Deliver high-quality beverages promptly and ensure excellent service.
- Prepare drinks like coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages, including grinding and blending coffee beans.
- Conduct regular quality checks on coffee beans, milk, and other ingredients.

**3. General Store Assistance**:

- Restock shelves as needed to ensure product availability.
- Support the store during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with deliveries and stock replenishment.
- Monitor inventory stock levels and report to the store supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- A minimum of 1 months’ experience in a related field.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
