**Main Purpose of Position**:
1. Responsible for system compliance, timely transaction and adherence to company policy and regulation within the area of jurisdiction. Also to ensure the entire team is working within a pre-define process with high integrity and discipline level.

2. To coordinate with the Plant Engineer / Production Manager on the scheduling of the overall production to meet the production target and shipment date.

3. To direct with production shift supervisors for day-to-day production schedule and to ensure that the Production Shift Supervisor carry out the work according to their duties and responsibilities.

4. To liaise with loading section (raw material) for oil feed tank change daily.

5. To ensure all unit operations operate and produce according to scheduling and proper specifications.

6. To audit and monitor supervisors and operators daily / routine task from time to time in ensuring the task being carried our accordingly.

7. To resolve human conflict and optimize resource (human & equipment) in optimizing plant output.

8. To take over and lead the oleo production operation for non-working hours as Management Representative as well as for security and safety as any general issues.

9. Continuously monitor plant/unit operation performance to deliver plan quantity at the correct specifications.

**Main Responsibilities**:
1. To be accountable for plant safety to meet zero lost time accident in all unit operations especially for non-normal working hours.

2. To ensure all the plants are in operation and meeting the desired quality and quantity for the shift.

3. Ensure all employee:
a. Comply to standards requirements

b. Carry out work in a safe manner, complying with safety requirements.

c. Keep their workplace clean and safe, comply to No Leak and No stain policy.

4. Ensure that permit to work system being carry out.

5. Continuously improvement towards improving and maintaining factory, plant equipment and environment cleanliness, housekeeping of the plants, tanks, and facilities.

6. Ensure any maintenance is dine speedily, coordinated, and managed to ensure plants are operational on schedule.

7. Provide training to subordinates to upgrade the quality of work.

8. Compliance with local environmental rules and regulations. To perform periodic check on waste discharge to outside drain.

9. Compliance with occupational Safety & Health Act 1994 and Regulations, Environmental Quality Act 1974, factory & Machinery Act 1967 responsible care

10. Comply with all quality standards and requirements imposed by the company and product specification required by local and international clients.

11. To coordinated and command on the emergency response especially during off office hours.

12. Constantly witness and sign off shift supervisor the logbook at handover time and provide alternative directive whenever necessary.

13. To receive and review daily the following reports:
a. Daily Production Update from Shift Supervisor

b. Daily Plant Quality report.

c. Daily load plan from logistic Department.

14. Abide by all the company’s rules and regulations currently in-force, and to uphold the Code of Conduct as set out by the company.

15. Comply with all guidelines as specified in the Company’s Standard Practices, Quality Systems, safety, Health and Environmental and other regulations introduced from time to time.

16. Be proficient in their respective job functions and constantly improve service capability.

17. Display team spirit amongst fellow colleagues in carrying out their day-to-day activities.

18. Work towards achieving company’s vision, missions, objectives, and targets.

19. Carry out other specific assignments from time to time as may be required by the company.

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Sensitive in dynamic change in day-to-day operation
- Possess leadership attributes to lead the team to achieve department target and goal.
- Personal skill in handling human conflict.
- Mature, patient, and reliable.
- Fast response on decision making for storage tank optimization.
- Computer literacy.

**Required Qualifications**
- Possess strong analytic skills in planning (raw material. In process and final product)
- Detailed oleochemicals product knowledge.
- Tank management skills and strong process knowledge.
- Knowledge of Fatty Acid and Glycerine.
- Detail knowledge in troubleshooting
- Willing to work at Tanjung Langsat
- Minimum 8 years experience in Oleochemical industry

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
