**POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY**

Manage the overall implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in MAHB

**ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS**
- Act as an enabler for the development of improvement culture in company using structured approach in order to maximize the organizational effectiveness
- Identify initiatives to ensure that it is aligned towards the company Strategic Business Direction
- Provide consultation services on the approach and method in identifying improvement opportunities through analysis of valid data, the deployment strategy, implementation paln and execution of improvement culture in company
- Facilitate team in strategic business units in achieving organizational purposes and objectives by solving management and business problems, identifying and seizing new opportunities, enhancing learning and implementing changes
- Develop training materials, conduct training and use a variety of training or learning techniques for transfer of learning for people in MAHB
- Equip process owners with a new set of skills in order to enhance their ability to retrieve, translate, and use data to solve problems
- Carry out research activities for the purpose of generating valid information prior to and during the implementation of strategic improvement initiatives
- Work closely with business units in identifying the hidden problems and get dissatisfied with the status quo, start challenging the usual status or way of doing things and, thus, gradually intensify the need for improvement
- Ensure that improvement projects stay on-track and reach a successful conclusion

- Create and sustain an improvement culture across MAHB
- Face obstacles in making changes that affect operations across units
- Reliable data availability for required analysis
- Source of quality staff to be trained as Lean Practitioners and become change agents

**Skills**:

- Able to work independently
- Able to assimilate and analyze massive amounts of information
- A strong and persuasive person

**Education**:
**Internal**
- Degree/Diploma in any field

**External**
- Degree in any field

**Relevent Industries**:
**Unique Requirement**
- Relevant working experience in Lean Management or Lean Six Sigma

**External**
- Degree with CGPA of 3.0 with minimum 5 years relevant working experience (Master's Degree would be an advantage)
