Job description

**Responsibilities**:

- Review all information and documents provided; ensuring 100% accuracy before submitting the report for QC.
- Submit the interiM/Final / updated report to the Team Lead within the timeline provided.
- Conduct research tasks as assigned by Supervisors.
- Guarantee daily, weekly and monthly goals are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree on any field.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably Fresh Graduates or Junior Executives Level specializing in Outbound/Customer Service / Call Centre, Telemarketing or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills (including questioning, probing, listening, establishing and rapport building.
- Attentive to details and accuracy.
- Able to work independently, effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Team motivated and able to work well with other
- Ability to multi-task and manage daily assignments
**Additional Information**:

- Working Days : Monday - Friday
- Working Hours : 09.00 am - 06.00 pm
- Location: Bangsar - KL (10-15 minutes’ walk from Bangsar, Abdullah Hukum LRT Stations)
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur
