As a Telephone Operator, you will be based in Nanmar Call Center, Johor Bahru (Johor Jaya) and will act as a liaison, provide services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer.
- Handling all inbound calls and other online platform pertaining to assist raising issue related to the company's services.
- Exceeding company expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team and independent player
- Good English & Bahasa communication skills.
- You are required to work on rotational shifts. Will be given 1 day off in a week.
- Working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
