**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:

- Assist the Technical Support to troubleshoot technical issues, installing software, or resolving network connectivity problems.
- To assist the maintenance of computer systems, include updating software, installing patches and to ensure the hardware correctly function.
- Ensure the documentation followed documenting procedures, troubleshooting steps and system configurations to maintain a knowledge.
- To support IT projects by performing tasks such as research, data analysis or testing such as Paperless MES Project and EAM Project.
- Better understanding on ISO 14001 requirements.
- Better understanding in identifying hazardous waste and make proper disposal arrangement to the scheduled waste storage.
- To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma/Degree in Computer Studies.
- Strong positive personal character.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
