**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on hiring drivers and operational staff.
- Engage with bus drivers to address concerns, improve employee relations, and support HR initiatives.
- Prepare recruitment reports and support administrative HR tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in engaging with diverse groups.
- Passionate about recruitment and employee engagement.
