Account Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including supplier invoice processing and payment posting
- Verify supplier invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare supplier payment vouchers, cheques, and online payment instructions
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all accounting records and payment transactions
- Monitor and reconcile supplier statements and accounts
- Liaise with suppliers regarding invoice discrepancies or payment issues
- Assist in daily data entry, updating of accounts, and administrative support
- Prepare simple reports using Microsoft Excel functions
- Handle any banking-related matters when required
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM/STPM, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent
- 2-3 years of working experience in accounting or related field (training will be provided)
- Proficient in AutoCount Accounting Software and Microsoft Office
- Language proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work independently, responsibly, and proactively with attention to detail
- Preferred Skills
- Familiar with supplier invoice and payment posting workflow
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage routine accounting tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
