**1. Store Operations Management**:

- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain inventory levels and conduct stock checks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with suppliers ensuring sufficient stocks and price competitiveness

**2. Sales & Customer Service**:

- Drive sales and meet store targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Maintain a customer-friendly store environment.

**3. Staff Supervision & Training**:

- Supervise, guide, and motivate store staff.
- Schedule shifts and manage employee attendance.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing employees.
- Provide performance feedback and support staff development.

**4. Visual Merchandising & Store Appearance**:

- Ensure products are displayed attractively.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Implement promotional displays as per company guidelines.

**5. Reporting & Compliance**:

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and operational reports.
- Monitor cash and POS transactions.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security regulations.
- Ensuring all documentation is up to date and submitted to finance.

**Job Requirements**:

- Education: SPM or diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2+ years in retail supervision or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, MS Office).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs
