Our client, with branch located in **Bukit Tinggi, Klang**, is a global leader in logistics and freight forwarding, specializing in air and ocean freight solutions, customs brokerage, and supply chain management. With almost 50 years of experience, our client operates in more than 100 countries, providing businesses with optimized logistics solutions. They are currently seeking an **Import Specialist** to support their expanding operations in Malaysia.

**Job Overview**:
To assist the network and local customer in related to export shipment with all aspects of an efficient and effective Ocean Department as required by the Management team ensuring but not limited to the timely movement of freight, compliant execution of all operational functions and satisfaction of clients through exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee ocean import operations and documentation
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and Customs
- Ensure accurate data, tracking, billing, and compliance
- Prepare quotes, validate charges, and support audits
- Maintain KPIs and support business transitions
- Manage escalations, warehouse tasks, and airfreight support

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics
- Knowledge of regulations, Incoterms & KPIs
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
