**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations to ensure excellent dining environment and service quality

2. Schedule, train and supervise service staff to improve team efficiency

3. Handle customer inquiries and complaints to maintain restaurant reputation

4. Monitor food safety and sanitation standards compliance

5. Assist with inventory management and cost control
