Admin Assistant Payroll

**PAYROLL**
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for a medium to large employee base, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of payroll of foreign workers.
- Review and reconcile payroll data, including salaries, bonuses, commissions, benefits, and deductions, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain payroll records, including employee data, time and attendance records, and tax information.
- Ensure staff movement is up to date in the HR System such as new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and leave of absence, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the business.
**PURCHASING**
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to obtain the best terms and prices.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify purchasing needs and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify areas for improvement in the purchasing process and provide recommendations to management.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with vendors to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Prepare purchase orders and process invoices for payment.
- Maintain records and prepare reports related to purchasing and inventory.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
