We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing and expanding relationships with our most valued clients. You will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction within a prestigious client portfolio including government agencies, airlines, healthcare institutions, and government-linked companies (GLCs).
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Manage assigned key accounts, **fostering strong, long-term relationships built on trust and mutual understanding.
- **Act as the primary point of contact **for assigned clients, proactively understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Leverage your knowledge of our wellness therapy offerings to **tailor solutions and services that deliver tangible benefits to each client.**:
- **Develop and implement strategic account plans **to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the adoption of our company's offerings within existing accounts.
- **Lead the organization and execution of targeted marketing events **for specific client communities, collaborating with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales) and external partners to raise awareness of our wellness therapy.
- **Coordinate effectively with internal departments **(e.g., operations, customer service) to ensure timely delivery of products and services, resolve client issues efficiently, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction**.**:
- **Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) **for assigned accounts, measuring success and identifying areas for improvement.
**Experience/Skills Required**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B & B2C sales or account management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare or wellness industry a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic account plans that drive business growth.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to navigate complex client situations and address concerns effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and comfortable working with data to track and analyse client interactions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
