- Plan and host live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok to showcase and sell products.
- Monitor and respond to comments and questions during live streams, build rapport with viewers, and address their concerns or objections.
- Engage with the audience in real time, answer questions, and build a sense of community.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product / service.
- Use persuasive techniques to encourage viewers to purchase or take desired actions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest information on our products or services.
- Conduct research and gather insights into customer needs and preferences.
- Encourage user-generated content and testimonials.
- Familiarize yourself with the technical aspects of live streaming platforms and equipment and troubleshoot technical issues during live streams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in live streaming and sales techniques.
- Good behavior and always achieve the company target every live session.
- **Job Requirements**_
- Required language(s): English and Malay
- Must be comfortable in front of camera, and must NOT be camera shy.
- Presentable image with outgoing and charismatic traits.
**- Work from Office (Bukit Jelutong)**
**- Live Slot 9 am - 12pm / 2pm - 6pm**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM20.00 - RM100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental Pay:
