**Job Title**: Retail Sales Skincare Product

**Job Requirements**:

- **Minimum SPM / Diploma** in any field.
- Prior **experience in retail sales** or skincare/beauty industry is an added advantage.
- **Passionate about skincare and beauty products.**:

- **Good communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- Able to **work on weekends, and public holidays.**:

- Basic **product knowledge of skincare brands** (training provided).
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented personality.
- Able to work **independently and as part of a team.**:

- Proficient in **Bahasa Malaysia and English.** (Mandarin is a plus)
- Willing to learn and keep up with **new skincare trends and promotions.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Promote and sell skincare products** to customers in the retail outlet.
- **Provide professional consultation** and recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
- **Educate customers** on product usage, benefits, and skincare tips.
- Ensure products are **well-stocked and displayed neatly** on shelves.
- **Achieve individual and store sales targets.**:

- Handle **customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints** in a professional manner.
- **Assist with stock inventory, restocking, and product expiry checks.**:

- Maintain **cleanliness and tidiness** of the retail space.
- Participate in **promotional events, training sessions, and product launches.**:

- **Update knowledge** regularly on new product arrivals and brand campaigns.
