**Job Title: Personal Assistant**
**Location: Georgetown, Penang**
**Reporting To: Chairman’s Principal Private Secretary / Chairman**
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate the Chairman’s calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Oversee the maintenance and administration of personal and company-owned properties.
- Liaise with Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST), property agents, contractors, service providers, and other relevant parties for Chairman’s property-related matters.
- Prepare meeting notes, reminders, and follow-ups on action items.
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
- Monitor and track project deadlines, and remind the Chairman of key tasks and commitments.
- Support with personal errands and ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events.
- Perform simple procurement and vendor management when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **Diploma** in related field
- Able to speak in **Mandarin and English** (spoken and written)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently with mínimal supervision
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage, at least **1-2 years of experience** as a Personal Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
