Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Design, build, and maintain our social media presence. Create and manage content for social media platforms, the company website, blogs, and other digital channels.
- **SEO/SEM**: Optimize content for the website and social media platforms to improve visibility and search engine rankings. Manage keyword research and implement strategies to drive online traffic.
- **Analytics**: Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- **Website Management**: Oversee the company’s website, ensuring it is user-friendly, regularly updated, and aligns with branding strategies.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate high-quality leads through various online channels and support the sales team in converting these leads into customers.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- **Budget Management**: Work within the allocated budget to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and product development, to create and deliver effective marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the scrap, recycling, or related industries.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
