Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.) - Check on main incoming water supply and water pumps. - Perform maintenance repairs and services - To do daily technical inspection rounds and checks on the proper functioning of installations - Maintain plumbing systems to ensure functionality - Highlight on any other matters that need future upgrading work - Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues. - Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures. - Plan and schedule repairs daily - Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard. - Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, and carpentry. - Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies. - Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors. - Perform general landscaping maintenance, repairs, and routine building inspection to identify problems - Monitoring pest control - Replace broken fixtures and hardware - Assist with painting, repairing and plastering wall of needed - Maintain clean and safe workplace - Order supplies and material needed for repair and maintenance - To check and maintain all Aircond and top up gas if needed. - Performing other related duties as assigned
