Prepare quotations for local, overseas offices/agents or existing customers, supporting regarding the sales / marketing department.
- Negotiate competitive rates with customer.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements in Pricing processes and procedures.
- Troubleshoot issues promptly and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sea freight.
- Evaluate and negotiate shipping methods and rates with carriers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (CS, Marketing, and management) to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve sales inquiries effectively.
- Prepare reports if management requested.

**Requirements**:

- Any Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in sales and marketing, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in English; Mandarin speakers are an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and etc.
