We build and operate brands in six markets with a focus on floral and gifting (Flowerchimp, Bloomeroo), specialty food (CakeRush), health (LYLA Labs) and fashion.We are a fast-growing team composed of international entrepreneur-minded individuals based in Kuala Lumpur and Manila and are looking to expand the team to support our growth plans. Social Media ManagerBased in our Kuala Lumpur HQ, you will hold ownership of the social media accounts for all of our brands cutting across the different markets. This role reports directly to the Head of the International Markets. Responsibilities:

- Collaborating with respective Country Manager / Growth Executive to ideate and create a comprehensive localised social media strategy.
- Liaise with the creative team with regards to the creation of the collaterals based on the requirements on each social media channel.
- Execute and manage the postings based on the brand guidelines for all the social media accounts
- Monitor and prepare relevant reporting on the performance of the postings
- Liaise with the performance marketing team with regards to any paid social postings
- Engage and liaise with potential influencers in respective markets
- Keep up to date with industry/market trends with regards to social media ; Requirements: - Qualifications:

- Experience in a similar role is preferred, ideally working for an ecommerce brand / retailer in relevant categories
- 5 to 6 years of work experience ideally in a fast growing technology startup or consumer facing brands
- Have a bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized university
- Have a Pro-active, hands-on attitude and not shying away from completing a whole range of operational tasks.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise to hit key deadlines in an agile environment
- Strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually
