This HR Executive role is a crucial position within RAJ 4 PERFUME SDN BHD, a leading provider of premium perfumes and fragrances. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing a range of generalist HR functions to support the company's growth and employee engagement efforts. This is a full-time position based in Kota Bharu, Kelantan.

**What you'll be doing:

- Coordinating the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
- Maintaining employee records and managing HR-related documentation
- Administering employee benefits, leave, and other HR policies
- Providing guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters
- Assisting with the organisation of employee engagement activities and initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Conducting HR audits and implementing process improvements
- Liaising with external stakeholders, such as service providers and regulatory bodies

**What we're looking for:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the consumer goods or retail industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Proficient in HR-related software and technologies, such as HRIS and payroll systems
- Thorough understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in Malaysia
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proactive, organised, and able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
