Communications
- Assist in the development and to execute strategic communication plan
- Coordinates the organization’s brand development, storytelling, and executing marketing strategy in all media formats.
- Provide support to CEO’s Office and collaborate with internal and external parties to provide strategic guidance to develop technical and strategic communication plans, identify main themes and messages.
- Supports the principal liaison for Government Affairs for the correspondence with our stakeholders to ensure the development, implementation, and maintenance of government-related projects.
- Coordinates the working relationships between group functions and business units with government/agencies stakeholders
- Draft correspondence and become the point of contact on official correspondence writing for stakeholders through effectiveness and timely communications

Public Relations
- Assist on communications of the company to media, shareholders and the public
- Execute media relations and PR initiatives to support Group Strategies
- Communicate company messages, ensure appropriate release of information by the company to the media
- Write and produce press releases, speeches, corporate statements, features articles and media communication including talking points, blog posts, op-eds, and other written material

Content
- Develop creative contents, storyboards and copywriting. Content includes social media, web graphics, presentation, blog posts, articles, videos, and any type of copywriting needed by CEO’s Office
- To do efficient research, content sourcing and data extraction for the purpose of content and any other purpose assigned.
- Assist the business units to build and maximize branding efforts and collaboration, by actively engaging stakeholders and maintaining a cohesive brand voice.

**; Requirements**:
- Diploma in Mass Communications or related field.
- 1-2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Detail-oriented, organization skills, and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office (in all of its different varieties), Google Workspace, Canva, Trello and Adobe Illustrator.
