- Managing and controlling inventory & minimize food wastage./ 管理和控制库存并以最大程度减少食物浪费
- Keeping kitchen clean and tidy. Assist to close the kitchen properly and follow the closing checklist for kitchen stations./ 保持厨房干净整洁。协助正确关闭厨房并遵循厨房站关闭清单
- Assisting in overseeing the weekly scheduling of all team members./ 协助监督所有团队成员的每周日程安排
- Promptly report food quality or shortage problems to Assistant Kitchen Manager/ Outlet Manager./ 及时向助理厨房经理/分店经理报告食品质量或短缺问题
- Conducting regular inspections of the entire kitchen/dishwashing areas and coolers and promptly act to correct deficiencies found during inspection and reporting issues to the Assistant Kitchen Manager/ Outlet Manager./ 定期检查整个厨房/洗碗区和冷却器，并及时采取行动纠正检查过程中发现的缺陷，并将问题报告给助理厨房经理/门店经理
- Adhering strictly to safety and sanitation regulations./ 严格遵守安全和卫生规定
- Ensuring that all kitchen employees consistently adhere to uniform, grooming and appearance standards./ 确保所有厨房员工始终遵守制服，仪容和仪表标准
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Assistant Kitchen Manager/ Outlet Manager as necessary and related to your job role./ 根据需要去执行助理厨房经理/门店经理分配与工作角色相关的其他任务

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
