Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning: Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing resource utilization.- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze production data to identify trends, forecast demand, and provide actionable insights to improve planning accuracy.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, sales, and supply chain teams to align planning activities with business goals.- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or related roles.- Proficiency in planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and strong analytical skills.
