Product R&d Executive

**Responsibilities**:
a) Work closely with process and production teams to optimize milk powder manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and minimize waste.
b) Concern on the development and optimization of milk powder formulations, considering factors such as ingredient functionality, nutritional requirements, process efficiency, and product stability.
d) Handle and execute new product development and packaging innovation activities, including the processing procedures and techniques and product specification.
e) Ensure the latest food regulations, standards, policies & procedures are incorporated into product Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), and work with the Production operational team to enforce requirements such as HALAL, GMP, HACCP, ISO, etc.
f) Provide technical support on production issues, including processing procedures, preparation of ingredients, and packaging processes, to ensure finished products meet high standards of food safety and quality.
g) Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of formulation experiments, results, and specifications.
h) Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations.
i) Coordinate with production operational team on process of new product & existing product improvement.
j) Support ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
**Requirements**:
a) Possess at least 3 years working experience in R&D and extensive experience in milk powder formulation and product development within the food industry.
b) Bachelor degree in food science / technology / engineering.
c) Computer literate.
d) An innovator, passion in research and highly driven on market trends and insights related to milk powder formulation.
e) Must able to speak in mandarin as required to communicate with mandarin speaker management
