Job Responsibilities:

- Manage supplier database for accurate price and commodity disposition status.
- Interact with suppliers to ensure high quality, competitive cost and on time delivery by utilizing RFQ.
- Sourcing, invite, assess vendor for tender, e-bidding, quotations and proposals
- Help implement and test the new Job scope PtoP system.
- Being a coordinator of PtoP system (Assist/guide internal and external stakeholders) and assist to raise issues
- Send out RFQ's and follow up with vendor
- Assisting with the daily activities of the procurement department
- Maintaining and updating supplier information and vendor’s performance.
- Maintaining good supplier relations.
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
- Preparing budgets, cost analyses and cost saving reports.
- Manage and handle all purchasing activities including IT and non-IT items
- Process purchase requisition/order in sourcing consistency with bank strategy and goals
- Lead price negotiation to achieve comparative rates and cost saving
- Manage procurement database
- Manage the vendor’s contact database
- Control vendor’s profile documents/KYC database (on boarding process, annual review, etc.) in proper filing both soft and hard copy.
- Assist Procurement Manager for ad-hoc work

Requirement:
Education/Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any commerce related field

Experience
- Minimum 2 years

Special Skills
- Strong negotiation skills, Supply chain management
- Good knowledge and understanding of procurement preferred in banking
- Able to work under pressure with stretch schedule
- Good at English and computer skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive and well organization.
- Customer orientation.
