As HR Officer, you are required to support all talent acquisition administration work.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify the hiring requirements from business.
- To conduct preliminary phone interview.
- To coordinate interview appointment with HOD and agency for selection process.
- Update Interview Tracker after each interview
- To prepare Letter of Appointment.
- Process new staff registration, checking contract of service, update HR master name list & necessary forms.
- In-charge on the onboarding of new hires.
**Key Requirements**
- At least Diploma in Human Resource or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant exposure in recruiting.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision in basic HR Matters.
- Good interpersonal communication skills with all levels in the organization.
- Able to work in a team.
