We’re looking for an energetic, tech-driven **Customer Onboarding Specialist** to join our fast-growing team

As the first touchpoint for new customers, you’ll be the KYC (Know-your-customer) specialist recognizing good customers from fraudulent and performing necessary registrations of each agreement.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Serve as the main point of contact for new customers — addressing questions, managing concerns, and ensuring a smooth onboarding journey.
- Advocate for customer success by collecting and sharing feedback to help shape product and process improvements.
- Proactively engage with customers showing early signs of difficulty to boost trial conversions and retention.
- Monitor onboarding progress and provide clear, step-by-step guidance to keep accounts moving forward.
- Host live demos or troubleshooting sessions via calls or video meetings to ensure users fully understand key features.
- Collaborate with the Customer Education team to create onboarding content, guides, and automated communications.
- Evaluate new customer job postings and provide constructive feedback aligned with company standards.
