**CREWING AND MARINE OPERATION**
- Assist DPA in day-to-day coordination and management of vessel operational activities.
- Monitor, control and manage vessel operations to meet client expectations and company objectives.
- Liaise between captain and management to ensure smooth operations progress.
- Ensure vessel management and procedure compliance with company and ISM standard procedures.
- Assist and organize crew changes.
- Evaluate current operational performance and provide a strategic plan for improvements.
- Identify problems in operations involving deck, engine, crew and project progress and resolve them effectively and timely manner.
- coordinate engine machinery calibration or servicing.
- Maintain clear an accurate operations documents / procedures for reference purposes.
- Responsible for the overseeing and directing of all ship safety and security internal audits.
- Assist in reviewing internal office procedures and documents for crewing and operation.
- Source of crew to fill in vacancies at required vessel.
- Conduct an initial screening of shortlisted applicants before endorsing to technical or operational personnel for final interview.
- Arrange an interview for an officer
- Conduct an interview for rating crew.
- Plan crew change in advance, check availability of crew and compliance of all certificates and training.
- Ensure that personnel files and all crew certification care kept up-to-date and are uploaded in the system.
- Liaise with agent on crew change schedules, visa requirements and authority formalities.
- Arrange for cost effective traveling for crew change.
- Arrange any additional training if required.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in spoken and written Malay & English.(Mandarin is advantageous)
- Computer and Microsoft Office literate.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
- Willing to travel on board ships as and when required.

**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Drivin License, D (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Kuala Lumpur (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
