**Position Summary**

The **Nestlé Malaysia Apprentice Programme**is a 12 months program which is designed specifically for young talents to equip them with the right skill sets to excel in a fast-paced business environment. Through this program, apprentices will enable the organization to achieve its business strategy of building a talent pipeline for future vacancies, support teams in achieving shift/line objectives, ensuring timely, compliant production that prioritizes safety, quality, cost, delivery, and the environment and foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee involvement.
- Fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience.
- CGPA of 3.2 and above.
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology and qualifications that aligns with the educational background.
- A great team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Interest in having hands-on experience in FMCG industry.
- Able to commit for minimum 12 months.
