- Manage the entire sales process.
- Conduct phone/online research to qualify leads.
- Coordinate and collect data for promotional activities.
- Prepare promotional content for project advertising.
- Build strong client relationships and understand their business needs.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in a related field.
- Minimum 1 year in Telesales/Telemarketing (advantageous).
- Strong research, communication (English & Malay), and analytical skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- Able to multitask, follow instructions, and meet deadlines.
