Qualifications:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or any related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in insurance or financial services. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Relevant insurance licenses (e.g., Life and Health Insurance License). If any.

**Skills**:

- Proven sales performance with strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to assess clients' needs and recommend suitable products.
- Efficient time management.
