Attend to showroom walk-in customers, provide product consultation, prepare quotations and close sales.
- Maintain showroom appearance and coordinate with internal teams for delivery and order follow-up.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly individual sales target.
- Provide excellent customer and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure showroom cleanliness and product displays standards are constantly met.
- Accurately prepare and follow up on quotations and sales order.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
- Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Assist in stock checks and sample Managements.
- Support marketing and promotional activities as required.
- Ensure timely coordination with logistic and warehouse for delivery arrangements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all customer transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in and repeat customers.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
