**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the renewal process of our 2025 SP by handling important data entry tasks. You’ll work with item details, quantities, and pricing—helping ensure accuracy in every entry.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Assisting with the renewal of our Y2025 SP through accurate data entry
- Inputting essential information such as item descriptions, quantities, and unit prices
- Ensuring records are complete, well-organized, and error-free
- Supporting the procurement process by preparing and updating purchase requests and documentation
- Coordinating with internal teams to gather and verify requirements for procurement
- Providing general administrative support to the procurement and operations teams

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Students currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Someone who’s meticulous with details and takes pride in producing error-free work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools—especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Eager to learn, organized, and able to handle repetitive tasks with care
