We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented **Retail Sales Associate** who is passionate about the hotel and restaurant supplies industry. As a **Retail Sales Associate**, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to combine their love for customer service with a passion for the hospitality industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Provide personalized shopping experiences by understanding the unique needs of hotel and restaurant owners and managers.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing product displays, inventory checks, and ensuring products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- **Upselling and Cross-Selling**: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to maximize sales potential.
- **Problem Solving**: Address customer queries and issues with prompt, friendly, and professional solutions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and deliver a superior shopping experience.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Possess at least Diploma or Degree in any field.
- **Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.**:

- At least 1 year & above of working experience in relevant field will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Team player and can work independently with minimum supervision.
- Passionate, hardworking, polite, possess effective communication skills and willing to learn.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
