**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all tenancy related matters pertaining to property leasing including sourcing and securing tenants, reviewing and negotiating of tenancy, coordinate tenancy documents and agreements, attends to tenants inquiries and complaints
- Coordinate with inter-department on fit out designed, payment & collections and all other matters
- To keep abreast of office market’s trend and demand
- To maintain strong rapport with tenants and build up network with potential tenant

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Real Estate Management/ Property or related discipline
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Close follow up of related matters and able to prioritise tasks
- Good Interpersonal skills and communication skills
- A team player and able to work with minimum supervision
