Collaborate with software development team to design, test, and debug software.
- Collaborate on IT projects, contribute ideas, and actively participate in team meetings and discussions.
- Provide training and create user guides for software functionalities.
- Assists customers by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of user support requests.
- Assist in company website maintenance.
