**QUALIFICATION**
- Degree in Physics, Engineering, Management or other equivalent degree with minimum 1 year experience
- CGPA above 3.25

**ABILITIES AND SKILLS**
- Working knowledge of IATF/ISO Standard is a plus.
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

**REQUIREMENT**
- A good team player in executing production plans & follow up with customers and suppliers.

**RESPONSIBILITY**
- Reports to **Materials Dept. Head / Material Asst. Manager.**:

- Receives Customer PO & updates Summary List. Prepares Purchase Requisition upon confirmation of customer PO.
- Update Material Planning List. Prepares Production Plan and updates Customer PO Summary List.
- Updates Incoming Check List based on Production Plan. Liase with Store hand on Planned Incoming parts.
- Updates Monthly Production/Delivery Schedule.
- Participate in Weekly Production Meeting & update all concerned on 'short parts' affecting planned production.
- Conduct Inventory cycle count in Stores & report status to DH. Submit month end Stock Inventory Balance to management.
- Liase with customers & arrange with freight forwarders for timely delivery of Finished Goods.
- Liase with customers on issues affecting Planned & Scheduled Deliveries of FG. Update Goal Charts based on KPI.
- Interact with Production and Product Development team to ensure efficient scheduling of Production.
- Prepares monthly 'Sales Report & 'Delivery Attainment Goal Charts.
- Conduct regular reviews of material demand and supply patterns to identify trends and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and ensure it aligns with physical stock.
- Manage material flow to ensure inventory is maintained at optimal levels to support production requirements.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on material and inventory management.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve any supply issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- To perform other job functions deemed necessary by DH & Management.
- Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with freight forwarders to arrange timely shipment.
- Handle customs-related documentation, coordinate with customs agents and resolve any import/export issues.
- Maintain and submit related reports as required.

**OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Report Monthly Outward Freight Cost
