**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
- Develop and implement strategies for social media marketing, content creation, and online engagement.
- Work with the team to identify and implement growth opportunities for clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare and present reports on campaign performance to clients and internal teams.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing (minimum 1-2 years).
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Creative and strategic thinking with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Canva, CRM software).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
